El Quseir diving is one experience that you would not afford to miss!
You can dive on our 500 meters house reef that is directly in front of our hotel. A colorful and dazzling underwater world with all kinds of breathtaking fish awaits divers and snorkelers alike. The branched caves of corals invite advanced divers to explore

With luck you can meet our residents, “Emma” a 3m length Dugong, or the pod of playful dolphins.

Our PADI 5* IDC Gold Palm Resort with a German base leader is directly on our beach.

There you can join PADI courses Discover Scuba Dive to Instructor, as well as many specialties.

Day and half day tours with the jeep and the boat are also offered like a mini-safari to the Brother Islands. Naturally hotspots like Abu Dabab, Elphinstone and Dolphin House are all regular visits on the program.

There is a colorful and dazzling underwater world full of all kinds of breathtaking fish to amaze both divers and snorkelers.

Special reference to our “Natural Swimming Pool” in our reef, that is about 1,60 m deep with sandy ground.

Positioned directly on the beach is our volleyball court. Just for fun we invite all guest to challenge our staff or to simply play amongst themselves.

Excursions

As a part of our program, we have a trip to the Bedouins, where you can enjoy their hospitality with Bedu-style coffee and tea or with a barbeque in the evening.

A visit to Shelatin to the camel and Bedouin market is also special. Shelatin is considered to be the most important tribal market in the south of Egypt.

On the Emerald Cities Tour, you will visit the National Park‚ “Wade el Gemal,” the tombs of the Blemmey tribe (the ancestors of the Bedouins), the Roman village of Geli, as well as the ancient settlement of Sakit. Sakit is famous for its well-preserved Roman houses and its temple cut out in living rock.

For watching the starry skies, we offer a camel ride to visit the Bedouins, joining them in their hospitality for an authentic dinner, followed by a visit to the Astronomy Center of Marsa Alam, a unique place in Egypt. At the Astronomy Center, an astronomer will help you to understand the mysteries of the Universe.

For those who prefer to stroll, there is a lovely footpath on the beach that leads past small Egyptian restaurants and a local shipyard, directly to the El Quseir plaza. There you will find bazaars and shops that will invite you to stay and dawdle.

Further recreations

Our beauty and health area welcomes you to indulge in different massages. For example relaxing-, sport or foot-reflex massage. Aromatherapy, face mask and face massages are also offered like pedicure and manicure.

Alternation and amusement for young and old afford our beach volleyball field, positioned directly on the beach.

For guests who are interested in cooking, we offer an Arabic cookery course.

Horse riding in the desert and by the sea.

“Happy is he who can see the world from horseback.” In the homeland of the Arab horses we have found a high-class riding stable where beginners and also advanced riders will be inspired. The rides in the silence of the desert or along the sea are an excellent experience. For beginners we offer a slow ride and for skilled riders several hours rides as well as whole day tours on the sensitive Arab horses.

Camel riding

Also an experience in Egypt is the camel riding. Camels (dromedaries) became domesticates from 7. Jhd. B.C. as a means of transportation between the oases. A known pilgrim's caravan led from Cairo to Mecca. The guided rides go to the desert, with view from the caravan time.
